Dear Mr. Franklin: In your letter dated June 3, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of USA Underwear LLC. As requested, your sample will be returned. Style RE2943 is a men’s pullover garment constructed from 60% cotton, 40% polyester, waffle knit fabric that measures 26 stitches per two centimeters counted in the horizontal direction. Style RE2943 has a rib knit crew neckline; long, hemmed sleeves; a heat seal logo on the lower left front panel and on the left sleeve; and a straight, hemmed bottom.
