Dear Ms. Dennison: In your letter dated May 13, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. Style RH27103 is a men’s shirt constructed from 100% polyester, finely knit fabric that is napped on the inside and outside surfaces.
