The submitted sample, item # 031-0047 (regular), is an “Eddie Bauer” label women’s jacket constructed of a 95% polyester and 5% spandex knit fabric that has been brushed on the underside which comprises the side inserts, a small portion of the sleeves under the armhole area, and the self-fabric lined hood. The remainder of the garment body and raglan sleeves are made of a 100% polyester pile fabric that has a high pile on both the outer and inner surfaces. The garment features a full front opening with a zipper closure, long raglan sleeves with tight fitting extension cuffs, an adjustable lock cord tightener on the hood, a zippered breast pocket on the upper left side front panel, two zippered pockets on the lower front panels, an inside pocket on the lower right side front panel, an “Eddie Bauer” embroidery on the left front panel, and a close fitting banded garment bottom. The garment extends to the hip area.

Dear Ms. Greener: In your letter dated May 6, 2011 you requested a classification ruling. Your sample is being returned to you. The submitted sample, item # 031-0047 (regular), is an “Eddie Bauer” label women’s jacket constructed of a 95% polyester and 5% spandex knit fabric that has been brushed on the underside which comprises the side inserts, a small portion of the sleeves under the armhole area, and the self-fabric lined hood. The remainder of the garment body and raglan sleeves are made of a 100% polyester pile fabric that has a high pile on both the outer and inner surfaces.
