Your sample will be returned as requested. Style 5060 is a woman’s blouse constructed from 68% cotton, 27% nylon, and 5% spandex woven fabric. The wrap-style blouse features a V-neckline, short sleeves, a hemmed bottom, and a wrap front opening secured at the waist by a self-fabric side tie. The applicable subheading for style 5060 will be 6206.30.3041, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: Of cotton: Other: Other: Other: Other: Women’s.
