The item concerned is a cigar tube (SKU #617299). The item is made of aluminum and has a gun metal finish color. The cigar tube measures approximately 15.35 inches long by 13.39 inches high and 9.06 inches wide. The cigar tube will be used to hold a cigar. The applicable subheading for the cigar tube (SKU #617299) will be 7616.99.5090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of aluminum, other, other, other, other, other, other. The rate of duty will be 2.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
