You are requesting the tariff classification on a Theatrical Face Mask with Feather Trim, style # OEM11-0567. The item is an adult Halloween mask that is constructed of 100% polypropylene with a backing of 100% polyester, a feather trim that covers the middle of the head and an elastic band with a hook and loop closure for a secure fit.
