The sample submitted with your request is identified as a document sleeve. The sleeve measures 9 inches in width by 12.5 inches in length. It is of three layer construction: a core of unsupported polyethylene plastic sheeting, an exterior covering of polyurethane plastic sheeting and a nylon textile lining. The three layer construction has been folded in half and sewn on the bottom to form a folder into which documents may be placed. The folder does not have any closures or other hardware, and does not have any pockets or other compartments. The sample is being returned as you requested.
