Dear Mr. Melanson: In your letter dated March 10, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is the Emergency Lighting Fixture, Model LEDR-1. It is a wall-mounted fixture with a trapezoidal thermoplastic housing measuring approximately 15 inches wide by 4¼ inches high by 3 inches deep. The Emergency Lighting Fixture features two adjustable lamp heads, each containing 12 light emitting diodes (LED) and a reflector under a clear lens.
