The submitted sample, Style J379, is a woman’s tank top constructed from 100 percent cotton rib knit fabric. The sleeveless garment features a V-shaped neckline in front; a U-shaped neckline in back; lace shoulder straps that are less than two inches wide; lace trim around the neckline and armholes; and a bottom finished with lace trim. We are returning your sample as requested. The applicable subheading will be 6109.10.0060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for T-shirts, singlets, tank tops and similar garments, knitted or crocheted: Of cotton: Women’s: Tank tops: Women’s.
