Dear Mr. Rizner: In your letter dated February 22, 2011, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Holloway Sportswear. As requested, your sample will be returned. Style 222467 “Vengeance Performance Pique Polo Tri-Color” is a men’s knit shirt constructed from 100% polyester, finely knit fabric that measures 14 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the horizontal direction and 18 stitches per linear centimeter counted in the vertical direction. The shirt has a self-fabric spread collar; a partial front opening with three button closures; short, hemmed, raglan sleeves; mesh knit inserts at the armholes; contrasting color piping at the raglan sleeve seams; a heat seal logo on the right sleeve; and a straight, hemmed bottom.
