The submitted half-pair sample which you identify as style #B110U, is an over-the-ankle boot upper with a closed bottom, except for an approximately 1 ¼ inch diameter hole cut from it. You provided a percentage measurement of the functionally stitched upper’s component materials showing it to be predominately leather; 57.9% leather, 42.1% fabric. There is no “sock” liner sewn to the inside of the upper and there is no outer sole.
