The submitted sample, identified as Style 401041, is a pillow cover. The cover is comprised of a crochet fabric that is made from paper yarns. It has an inner lining made from cotton woven fabric. The cover measures 12 x 16 inches and it features a zipper closure. The applicable subheading for the pillow cover will be 6304.91.0070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other furnishing articles, excluding those of heading 9404: other: knitted or crocheted… other: other: other. The rate of duty will be 5.8 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
