All are produced by combining the liquid extract from several different plant parts, evaporating the liquid into a paste form, processing the paste into granules, and re-introducing the essential oils that were removed at the extraction phase. Noting the manufacturing process, these articles will be classified elsewhere. The applicable subheading for these five dietary supplements will be 2106.90.9998, HTSUS, which provides for food preparations not elsewhere specified or included…other…other…other. The rate of duty will be 6.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
