Correction to Ruling Number N127047. Dear Ms. Starrett: This replaces Ruling Number N127047, dated October 15, 2010, which contained a clerical error. You submitted two samples for rulings and the letter described the wrong sample. A complete corrected ruling follows. Style GA101, which you call the gLaundry bag, is a drawstring bag constructed of 100% nylon textile fabric. The bag measures approximately 28” (W) x 21” (H). In your letter you state that the drawstring bag is designed to line the inside of a diaper pail, to hold soiled diapers. The applicable subheading for the nylon bag GA101 will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of the ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
