The subject merchandise is described as Sugar Free Chocolate (Item No. CSD-F10P010-13-0000) from Canada. It is said to contain 39.0 percent cocoa paste, 14.0 percent erythritol, 14.0 percent inulin, 14.0 percent corn dextrine, 12.0 cocoa butter, 3.93 cocoa powder, 2.0 percent milkfat and less than 1.0 percent lecithin and flavors.
