You submitted a sample of a product called the Stay Put Draft Stopper (Item# 60225). It attaches to the bottom of a door to seal out drafts. It is made of man-made brushed textile fabric with a woven nylon bottom panel (to better slide across floors when the door is swung opened or shut) and is filled with man-made fiber fill.
