J. You submitted a sample of a product called Harlequin Jewel Tassel Trim. It will be used to embellish bath towels that are manufactured by your client in the United States. The trim is 1-1/2” wide and is constructed of a warp-knit fabric consisting of a four chains of warp-knit stitches which hold the weft yarns in place forming a tight serpentine pattern. During this knitting process, a pattern is created on the face of the trim with three gimped yarns in concentric circles. The trim is knit of 100% polyester yarns. Attached to the trim is a string of textile-covered beads hanging from the bottom edge.

You submitted a sample of a product called Harlequin Jewel Tassel Trim. It will be used to embellish bath towels that are manufactured by your client in the United States. The trim is 1-1/2” wide and is constructed of a warp-knit fabric consisting of a four chains of warp-knit stitches which hold the weft yarns in place forming a tight serpentine pattern. During this knitting process, a pattern is created on the face of the trim with three gimped yarns in concentric circles. The trim is knit of 100% polyester yarns.
