Dear Mr. Crago-Edwards: In your letter dated August 31, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted photographs and descriptive information for articles identified as Halloween Wooden Wall Plaques. Item number A079FA03367, Halloween Wooden Wall Plaque Decorations, are wooden wall decorations that measure approximately 6.5” in height x 14” in length. The articles are designed into carved letters that spell either the word “Spooky” or “Haunted” underlined with a decorative flourish.
