The item is designed to be held in the center, between the two spoons. The entire item is constructed of black molded silicone plastic material, and there is stainless steel within the center handle, which measures approximately 7” long. The slotted spoon is designed to be used for draining or as a spatula to spread cream cheese, peanut butter, jams, etc. The solid spoon is designed to be used for stirring and tasting soups, sauces and stews. As you requested, the sample will be returned to you. This item is considered to be a composite good within the meaning of General Rule of Interpretation (GRI) 3.
