The sample submitted with your request is a faceted sphere measuring approximately 1 ¾ inches in diameter that is made of clear molded plastic. The sphere incorporates multi-colored LED lights powered with a lithium battery permanently encased in the plastic unit and activated by a button switch on the bottom of the sphere. The sphere is submersible and can be used to provide a lighted accent in vases, bowls or water-filled containers. You suggest classification in subheading 9405.40.8000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for lamps and lighting fittings…: other electric lamps and lighting fittings…: other.
