Product description
The submitted sample is identified as style X-Serenza. According to the information provided, the fabric was woven using 100% polyester filament yarns. However, subsequent to weaving, the fabric was brushed, breaking the fibers in a portion of the yarns, creating a soft surface and transforming some of the filaments into staple fibers. Laboratory analysis indicates that this woven fabric of yarns of different colors is now composed of 51.1% filament polyester and 48.9% staple polyester. It contains 50 single yarns per centimeter in the warp and 21 single yarns per centimeter in the filling, and weighs 189.5 g/m2. The weave is similar to a twill, except that the two warp yarns are woven as one. Your correspondence indicates that this fabric will be imported in widths of 57 inches and will be used for upholstery.
