Dear Ms. Guyer-Martin: In your letter dated April 26, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Style 8635 is referred to as a “Women’s Sculpt Full Slip” and is a seamless constructed body-supporting garment made of a tightly knit 90% nylon 10% spandex fabric. The snug fitting undergarment is supported on the body by shoulder straps that measure approximately 1½ inches in width and features a V-styled front, elasticized self fabric capping at the arm and neck openings, a hemmed bottom and knit in control panels.
