Dear Ms. Floriano: In your letter dated March 19, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling for five textile costumes. The first item, identified as a Teen Sized Egyptian Queen Costume Set, item number 93007, consists of a sleeveless dress, collar, beaded headband, and a detachable peplum.
