Correction to Ruling Number N092735 Dear Mr. Kavanaugh: This replaces Ruling Number N092735, dated February 5, 2010, which contained a clerical error. A complete corrected ruling follows. In your letter dated January 28, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling, on behalf of your client, Platts du Chef of Canada. Samples and ingredient breakdowns accompanied your letter. The samples were examined and disposed of. The Chocolate Fondue is said to contain 27.8 percent sweetened condensed milk, 26.7 percent water, 24.4 percent invert sugar, 14.9 percent cocoa powder and 6.2 percent whole milk powder. The total milkfat content is said to be 4 percent and the total milk solids is 34 percent.
