Dear Mr. Yokopenic: In your letter dated February 15, 2010 you requested a classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned to you. The submitted sample, which you identify as vendor item number SA10-T11108A-6318, is a woman’s pullover that is constructed of 91% polyester and 9% spandex knit fabric.
