You previously requested a ruling, N087309, on December 9, 2009 which was rejected for further information. The submitted sample, style EZ032, is a ladies’ pull on garment which is similar to a t-shirt. It is constructed of 60 percent cotton and 40 percent polyester jersey knit fabric.
