You previously requested a ruling, N087309, on December 9, 2009 which was rejected for further information. The submitted sample, style EZ032, is a ladies’ pull on garment which is similar to a t-shirt. It is constructed of 60 percent cotton and 40 percent polyester jersey knit fabric. The fabric weighs 186.4 grams per square meter. The garment features long, hemmed sleeves; a v-shaped neckline; and a hemmed bottom. We are returning your sample.
