The merchandise is identified as Clic Clac paper clips. Three small and two large paper clips are retail packed on cardboard and wrapped in cellophane. The fish-shaped clips are made of base metal and colored black, white, pink, blue and red. They will be sold and used as stationary paper clips. The applicable subheading for the paper clips will be 8305.90.3050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for paper clips and parts thereof of base metal, other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
