Dear Ms. Greener: In your letter dated February 3, 2010, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. Item 04306 is a men’s suit-type jacket constructed from 100% cotton, woven fabric. The garment is composed of five panels, sewn together lengthwise, two of which are at the front.
