Your sample is being returned. The sample was submitted without a style number. The item is a card case constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. It has a main compartment which holds two separate paper cards that list a person’s medical history and personal information. The case is designed to provide storage, protection, organization and portability to the identification cards, medical cards, and related articles.
