Product description

You submitted a sample, identified as an Adult Sized Hunchback Costume Set, style number CS09-0041, which consists of a robe, a hooded capelet, a mask, and a belt. GRI 3(b) is applicable when goods are, prima facie, classifiable under two or more headings, and have been put up in sets for retail sale. GRI 3(b) states that the goods “shall be classified as if they consisted of the material or component which gives them their essential character.” In this case, the flimsy robe imparts the essential character of the set. The robe is constructed of 100% knitted polyester fabric and has a plastic hump sewn on the back of the garment. The fabric around the hump is tattered, as though the hump was breaking through the robe. The robe has a loose, visible overlock stitched neck, tight interior seams, and loose, visible overlock stitched and/or visible raw edges. The sample will be returned to you as requested.
