The submitted sample is a dust mask constructed of a polyester non-woven fabric with an additional polyester fiber cloth with pleats that is sewn together with polyester thread to ensure a comfortable fit on the face. The mask contains two cotton bands that loop around the ears for comfort. The mask is used to screen out non-toxic dust and other matter. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
