The sample will be returned to you. Style 895223 is a girl’s tutu made of knit net 100 percent polyester fabric. The tutu has a tunneled elasticized waist and the tutu fabric is cut is strips and knotted to the waist. It is of a type normally worn around the waist over a leotard or tights. The applicable subheading for the Style 895223 will be will be 6114.30.3070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Other garments, knitted or crocheted: Of man-made fibers: Other, Other: Women’s or girls’." The rate of duty will be 14.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
