The merchandise is a carbon steel base plate (item number 132390) for an electronic floor pedal assembly in commercial trucks with Caterpillar engines. The base plate will be mounted to the cab wall at a 30 degree angle. The applicable subheading for the bracket will be 8302.30.3060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other mountings, fittings and similar articles suitable for motor vehicles, and parts thereof, of iron or steel, of aluminum or of zinc. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
