The submitted sample, identified as Madras Cashmere throw (SKU 1673490), is blanket. The blanket is made from 75 percent cashmere and 25 percent wool woven fabric. The fabric is napped on both sides. The blanket measures approximately 50.75 x 65.75 inches with a 4 inch twisted fringe in the warp. The item is designed to provide warmth. The applicable subheading for the blanket will be 6301.20.0010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for blankets and traveling rugs: blankets (other than electric blankets) and traveling rugs, of wool or fine animal hair… not over 3 meters in length.
