Dear Mr. Gonzalez: In your letter dated September 8, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Your samples are being retained for our files. Three samples were submitted. Sample #1 was submitted in a red version with a screen print design on the center chest and in a white version with a screen print design on the center chest and on the lower left side near the hem.
