The sample you have submitted is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, item number 74510, is described as an electric scissors. This handheld, lightweight electrical scissors is ergonomically designed for ease in cutting various materials. The electrical motor is housed in the handle and operated by 2 AA batteries (not included).
