Dear Ms. Benedetto: In your letter dated August 31, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you. Style B2654 Sexy Gangster Costume consists of a dress, fedora hat and spangled belt. The dress is made of 100 percent knit polyester fabric. The short sleeve dress has a pointed collar with a faux tie, cuffed sleeves, belt loops and a flounce at the bottom. The costume is well made with styling and a finished neckline and hem.
