The item, described as Primal Earth Shave aloe hydrate, is a low foam organic shaving gel containing aloe vera. The shaving gel is used to protect and lubricate the skin while shaving. The shaving gel, packaged for retail sale in a 175 ml tube, is a shaving preparation containing alcohol. The applicable subheading for the shaving gel will be 3307.10.2000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Pre-shave, shaving or after-shave preparations: Containing alcohol. The rate of duty will be 4.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
