Dear Mr. Hirzel: In your letter dated July 1, 2009 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, Molecular Products Inc. The merchandise under consideration is described as the Moleculite Carbon Monoxide Self Powered Absorber (“MCASPA”).
