The ruling was requested on window shade material. A representative sample was submitted for our examination. The material will be imported into the United States in rolls, 10 feet wide and 60 feet long. Style "Rainforest Pecan" consists of a woven sheet of jute strips without any other additions. The jute strips are placed horizontally side-by-side and woven together with vertical polyester yarn. After importation, the materials will be cut to the customer’s specifications and assembled with the necessary hardware.
