Two samples were submitted for our review. The merchandise is identified as the Noteable Keychain. It consists of a steel split wire ring attached to a plastic cylinder that contains a roll of note paper and a ball point pen. The cylinder is approximately 3 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter. The note paper feeds out from a slot in the side of the cylinder. The pen is stored in the cylinder base within the roll of note paper. The Noteable Keychain includes one extra ink refill and four extra paper refills. The applicable subheading for the Noteable Keychain will be 7326.20.0070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of iron or steel, other articles of iron or steel wire, other. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
