Product description

The samples will be returned to you. Item 92040 Pirate Costume consists of a vest, shirt, trousers, sash, hat, plastic sword and plastic eye patch. The vest and pants are made of woven cotton fabric and the shirt and sash are made of woven polyester fabric. The pirate hat is made of knit velour man-made fiber fabric. The sleeveless vest has a full front opening without a closure. The long sleeve shirt has a pointed collar, elastic at the wrists and laces with metal grommets at the partial front closure. The long trousers have a tunneled elastic waistband and the sash is approximately five and a half inches wide. The costume is well made with a finished neck, tunneled waistband and styling. Item 92040 Pirate Costume consists of two or more garments. Note 14 of Section XI, of the HTSUS, requires that textile garments of different headings be separately classified, thus preventing classification of costumes consisting of two or more garments as sets. If a set cannot exist by application of Note 14, the articles that may be packaged with the garments must also be classified separately.
