Dear Ms. Park: In your letter dated April 9, 2009, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is a wireless Internet and FM radiobroadcasting receiver, model number IR850. This receiver is 11.8 inches in width, by 3.7 inch in height, by 7.7 inches in depth and weighs 6.5 lbs. This receiver can stream Internet radio station (Web radio) and digital files through its Wi-Fi Internet connections.
