The top of the ring is decorated with a small foliage arrangement, consisting of an artificial pine sprig, a bunch of plastic red berries, three ¾” long natural pinecones and one fabric holly leaf. Although decorative, the napkin ring serves a utilitarian function in holding a napkin at a table setting.

The ruling was requested on a decorated wooden napkin ring. A sample of the product, labeled “Pinecone Napkin Ring, style # DM79108-09,” was submitted. The sample will be returned to you as you requested. The sample consists of a round napkin ring measuring approximately 2” in diameter and 3/8” thick. It is made of solid wood and painted.
