The submitted sample, item A062FA00136, is constructed from 100 percent polyester knit fabric. The item is used indoors over the body while resting or reading. The garment is rectangular in shape measuring 54” by 71” and has 28” long sleeves each with a patch pocket. We are returning your sample as you requested. The applicable subheading will be 6114.30.3070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other garments, knitted or crocheted of man-made fibers, other, other, women’s or girls’. The rate of duty will be 14.9% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
