The subject product, Ethyl-3,3-diethoxyacrylate (EDEA), also known as 2-Propenoic acid, 3,3-diethoxy-, ethyl ester, is an ester of a nonaromatic carboxylic acid with additional oxygen function. The applicable subheading for Ethy-3,3-diethoxyacrylate (EDEA) will be 2918.99.5000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Carboxylic acids with additional oxygen function and their anhydrides, halides, peroxides and peroxyacids; their halogenated, sulfonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives: Other: Other. The rate of duty will be 4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
