The cut and sewn jacket features a stand-up two ply collar consisting of one self-fabric layer and one layer of heavyweight 2x2 ribbed knit fabric, long sleeves with contrast color overlays extending from the collar to the sleeve panel bottom, contrast color piping extending from the front of the collar under the arm to the rear of the collar, a full front zippered opening, two inset pockets with zipper closures at the waist, a metal grommet on the wearer’s front left panel, heavyweight 2x2 ribbed knit snug fitting cuffs, and a heavyweight 2x2 ribbed knit snug fitting bottom band.

Dear Ms. Yang: In your letter dated February 23, 2009 you requested a classification ruling. Your sample is being retained by this office for our files. The submitted sample, style PP 1093753, is a woman’s jacket that is constructed from a cut and sewn 95% cotton and 5% polyester French terry knit fabric.
