The sample which you submitted is being retained by this office. The merchandise under consideration is described as a Coppertone Spiral Wind Spinner, product number 63260. It consists of a one inch wide, 20 inch long, copper-plated iron spiral, a small wire-wrapped glass ball, a 5 inch long glass teardrop, and a two inch chain with a hook for hanging. The spinner is a decorative article that creates different visual effects as the wind changes. It can be used both indoors or out and measures a total of 25-1/2 inches long when suspended.
