Style 69713, Disney’s Hannah Montana Glam Star Outfit, is a flimsy textile costume comprised of a dress. Although the dress has a styling feature, it has a loose visible overlock stitched neck and seams, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem and closure. Style 69714, Barbie Garden Princess Dress, is a flimsy textile costume comprised of a dress. Although the dress has two styling features and six well-made embellishments, it has a loose visible overlock stitched neck and seams, a loose visible single straight stitched waist, thin elastics, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem, closure and one styling feature. The applicable subheading for style 69713, Disney’s Hannah Montana Glam Star Outfit, and style 69714, Barbie Garden Princess Dress, will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other."
