We are returning your sample as per your request. The submitted sample, style PP 1074658, is a woman’s sleeveless dress. The empire waisted dress is constructed from 100% jersey cotton knit fabric. The garment features elasticized shoulder straps, a v-shaped front neckline, a plastic bead design below the bust area, two side pockets on the lower front panel, and a hemmed garment bottom. The dress extends to just above the knee. The applicable subheading for style PP 1074658 will be 6104.42.0010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers, dresses, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear), knitted or crocheted: dresses: of cotton: women’s. The rate of duty will be 11.5% ad valorem. Style PP 1074658 falls within textile category designation 336.
